These two 7-spot Ladybirds were the first I have seen in my home patch this year. They were out in the sunshine this morning. It's always a thrill when over-wintering insects begin to emerge.
The walls of our house seem to attract these jumping Zebra Spiders, though I have yet to see one jump. And, like the ladybirds, this was my first 2020 sighting of the species.

The only ladybirds I have seen this year are in the house - Harlequins! Lovely to see the zebra spider :)
